Foot pain

The unwanted guest that crashes at the end of your legs without an invitation. It's like your feet suddenly, or constantly, decide to throw a tantrum. Leaving you hobbling around, wondering what you did to deserve such drama.

Symptoms
Foot pain can manifest as a sharp jab, a constant ache, or that feeling you get when it seems like your feet are plotting against you. Common symptoms include discomfort while walking, swelling that makes your shoes feel like they've shrunk, and the sensation that you're stepping on invisible pebbles.

Causes

According to our therapy one-sided movements cause foot pain due to excessive tension in muscles and fasciae.
We can establish if this is the case if you experience a reduction of pain in your first treatment.
The culprits behind foot pain are as varied as the shoes in your closet. They range from overuse injuries (thanks, marathon training), to wearing heels that are more torture devices than footwear. Essentially, your feet are rebelling against your life choices.

Imagine a therapy that whispers sweet nothings to the pain receptors in your feet, convincing them to calm down. That's 'Helena' for you. By applying targeted pressure to specific points, Helena's therapy signals your brain to relax the muscles and fascia, offering relief hopefully without the need for dramatic interventions like surgery.
