How do I find your therapy room?

I am inside the building of eternal dance studio on 73 Bathurst st in Hobart CBD. Just press the bell of Awari Helena and I will open the door for you. You can walk up the stairs and have a seat in the waiting area, I will come and find you when your appointment begins. If you need to change, you can use the changing rooms at the back of the building.

I have never heard of this therapy before, should I try it?

What do you have to lose? Within one session your body will give you the feedback to see if this therapy works for you. Which could lead you to a pain free life! And if you are with the small percentage where this therapy wouldn't be able to do anything, I am pretty sure that you and your body would have been happy to have come by anyways, because the osteopressure is a very deep relaxation for your body. And the price is not that much more then if you would have gone to a massage.

Where can I park my car best?

Argyle street car park (38 Argyle street) or Hobart street car park (60 Melville street) are both a 5 minute walk from my therapy room. It is free for the first hour of parking.

I just booked, now what?

Please make sure that you send me an email with all the details about your pain in as much detail as possible. Especially:
1. Where do you feel the pain? Is it a big or small area, if so, describe the area. Is it inside your body or on the surface?
2. When do you feel the pain? Is it there always? Or only during certain times/certain movements?
3. How does the pain feel? Is it a throbbing/stingy/dull/harsh etc pain?

During the appointment online or in Hobart, please make sure that you have stretchy clothing, something that you might wear during sports/yoga. You can change in the changing room when you come over to a session in Hobart.

I only have time during the evening or in the weekend, what do I do?

No problem, just send me an email and we can work something out. Please be advised that the rate will be 25% higher.

I can't walk any stairs, can I come over to your clinic?

I'm so sorry but unfortunately not. I will be able to help you through Telehealth ofcourse!
